Mailroom staff should be able to enter Information for our clients for any change of Service, updates and standardized messages e.g. the final pick up time locally of shipments by the Vendor.

Need to confirm the status and date from the PB side. Georgi says JPMC needs this in December.
This will be delivered on 27th Dec from PB end in UAT.
At this point, we do not have this capability - Let us know if this is must have and we will work on it accordingly, we do not support it and we can discuss this as work request or parity based on what is in the signed SOW.
Might need some clarification. To send information across the System is not required. Just a Text field for each Location which enable the Mail room staff to enter messages for the location. Since the DHL Account # is unique for each location, the information is just presented to the assigned users for this Location. Should be only available for Mail Room staff. DHL provides this option already and it is needed to pass on information to all clients.
At this point, we do not have an ability for mailroom staff to send a notification across systems, we will not be able to deliver this in pilot phase, we have to de-prioritize this. Also, this has to be change request working with Theo.
