NAMR (US) Feedback from Demo 06/28 - Questions/pointers noted for clarification - may already have been discussed in international feedback

  1. Agile system might have displayed estimated costs

  • There are a lot of variables and accessories that can affect final cost so it might be beneficial to notate to the user that the cost listed may change

    • Some benefit to adding a footnote to the rates page, for example – prices provided are subject to change on completion of final invoicing, changes are dependent on the accuracy of the information supplied for the shipment(s) being processed, including size, weight, and address

  1. PB, internal home page after logging in – branded JPM currently allows us to switch between page screens and place messages internally

  • Will this be available day 1

  1. Bulk shipping

  • Needs to allow 500 minimum

  1. When creating batch shipping, is it OK

  • To co-mingle (mix) domestic and international?

  • Or do they recommend creating separate files? How are the custom’s clearance documents printing?

  • Today labels print on the Zebra machine and the clearance documents on a SmartPrint device. I’m assuming that will still be the case. In addition, they need to adjust ensure that the formatting for those documents print on US Letter size paper of USA users. I believe they currently have it set up for A4

  1. International labels

  • Current system we have a list of commonly used commodity (HS)/tariff codes with in JPMC to ship items internationally

  • Is there a list on new system? If so

    • Can we see it?

    • Can we add new tariff code to the list for future use?

  1. Cost center should be a required field

  • It was optional but should be mandatory unless third party billing is populated

  • Users should have the option to change cost center. No need for a passkey to change the cost center

  1. Can the international option be auto selected based on the different country between the sender/recipient?

  1. What is the maximum simultaneous labels a user can create in a normal shipping mode?

  1. Can we confirm ability to use an unvalidated address?

  1. Packaging for DHL - Document (box) should specify document box

  1. Courier email for recipient/sender, does that include exception notifications by default?

  1. Residential checkmark should change company name to a non-required field

  1. Add embedded links to Knowledge articles and support request or another informational dashboard

  1. Batch processing import template

  • Need return label option added, just a reverse of the same import template

  • Sharing the import / data is crucial component for groups using this tool

  1. Will there be an individual user bulk ship option where the end user can import an address book to generate X # of labels for each recipient?

  • This would be separate from batch processing

    • Does this need a capacity limitation, one hundred labels per instance for example?

  1. Danuka mentioned roles should be passed through the token

  • Having the ability from admin app to temporarily adjust a user’s entitlements/profile assignments has been useful in determining if an issue encountered is due to the role or something else. The roles automatically update back to the token passed value at next handshake (Danuka to clarify if needed)

  1. Not covered but would like to see ability to onboard a new location within the admin console

  1. Ability in the admin console to modify the embedded links in the event URL paths change

  1. A notification message where we can post alerts or other information for the users to see

  1. For prior history if it can/cannot be converted to the new system?

  • Can PB provide us this data so we can search it if request come in after the system switch? We did this with the old SmartShip/Agile shipping history

  1. Statements group - third party billing tied to shared address books. Asked in the session, but I was not sure if we received a confirmed answer on it

    Please find PB's feedback on each pointer in green below -

    1. Agile system might have displayed estimated costs

      1. There are a lot of variables and accessories that can affect final cost so it might be beneficial to notate to the user that the cost listed may change. Some benefit to adding a footnote to the rates page, for example – prices provided are subject to change on completion of final invoicing, changes are dependent on the accuracy of the information supplied for the shipment(s) being processed, including size, weight, and address- We don't understand this feedback, the system shows the rates that comes back from JP's carrier account. Not sure what you pointing towards?

    2. PB, internal home page after logging in – branded JPM currently allows us to switch between page screens and place messages internally -Will this be available day 1 - Branding of JPMC will be available on Day 1 when product will be released, not sure what you mean by switching between page screens? Navigation is available in current product today based on mailing, shipping etc.

    3. Bulk shipping - Needs to allow 500 minimum - This is noted, and will be available in US Phase 2 release.

    4. When creating batch shipping, is it OK

      1. To co-mingle (mix) domestic and international? - No it is not, we provide you a csv file template using which you can do batch shipping, demo of same was provided in one of the calls.

      2. Or do they recommend creating separate files? How are the custom’s clearance documents printing? - Due to customs documents we prefer it to be separate files.

      3. Today labels print on the Zebra machine and the clearance documents on a SmartPrint device. I’m assuming that will still be the case. In addition, they need to adjust ensure that the formatting for those documents print on US Letter size paper of USA users. I believe they currently have it set up for A4. - Have you faced any issues with printing yet with new product? We provide a PDF label in web browser you can print with whatever printer you like - it should be configured in your system and network as required.

    5. International labels

      1. Current system we have a list of commonly used commodity (HS)/tariff codes with in JPMC to ship items internationally

      2. Is there a list on new system? If so

        1. Can we see it? - Demoed in most recent demo.

        2. Can we add new tariff code to the list for future use? - Yes, you can manually enter the list and that will be available to pick during shipment workflow.

    6. Cost center should be a required field

      1. It was optional but should be mandatory unless third party billing is populated - This can be governed from settings page if you want to make cost center mandatory use that.

      2. Users should have the option to change cost center. No need for a passkey to change the cost center - They have option, again something can be done using settings.

    7. Can the international option be auto selected based on the different country between the sender/recipient? - What option you want to be auto-populated?

    8. What is the maximum simultaneous labels a user can create in a normal shipping mode? - Don't understand, do you want a threshold to be set for users? If yes, its available in settings today.

    9. Can we confirm ability to use an unvalidated address? - You can use, the product just provides you suggestion, if you need to use, please move ahead and ignore product's suggestion.

    10. Packaging for DHL - Document (box) should specify document box - Not sure what it means?

    11. Courier email for recipient/sender, does that include exception notifications by default? - If carrier sends it, then carrier will send directly, right now it only sends label generated notification.

    12. Residential checkmark should change company name to a non-required field - Kindly explain this workflow during our call.

    13. Add embedded links to Knowledge articles and support request or another informational dashboard - We will add the links, please provide links to PB for both US and International.

    14. Batch processing import template

      1. Need return label option added, just a reverse of the same import template

      2. Sharing the import / data is crucial component for groups using this tool

    15. Will there be an individual user bulk ship option where the end user can import an address book to generate X # of labels for each recipient?

      1. This would be separate from batch processing - We have the multi-recipient option as demoed in the last demo, does that suffice your requirements?

      2. Does this need a capacity limitation, one hundred labels per instance for example? - 50 is the highest.

    16. Danuka mentioned roles should be passed through the token

      1. Having the ability from admin app to temporarily adjust a user’s entitlements/profile assignments has been useful in determining if an issue encountered is due to the role or something else. The roles automatically update back to the token passed value at next handshake (Danuka to clarify if needed) - Roles will always be passed in token, if the role coming in token is 'X' PB can not overwrite that, based on 'X' entitlements will be given to that user. What entitlements you want to give and adjust that can be demoed and discussed. If anything to be fixed on Roles, JP team has to do it internally.

    17. Not covered but would like to see ability to onboard a new location within the admin console - Locations are currently onboarded by PB on behalf of JP Team, not sure that is an option requested by JP team today.

    18. Ability in the admin console to modify the embedded links in the event URL paths change - Please explain, do not understand this feedback.
