Currently, International Shipping (PS Pro) supporting Commercial Invoice - commercial invoice is a unique document required by customs clearance if exporting goods internationally. Whatever Invoice number is entered through the application gets printed over this.
DHL Express supporting other invoices
Proforma invoice - used when items shipped have not been purchased and are not intended for resale, like personal items, gifts or a return shipment.
Digital invoice/electronic invoice - a special service for electronic commercial invoices, i.e. Paperless Trade, the team is reviewing this service and will share more information.

Hi Jane, Digitally able to send a commercial invoice is not part of this scope, this was regarding what invoice is considered in that field, the explanation was provided by Abhay and we follow that today which the JP team was ok with earlier. Please confirm again so this can be closed successfully. For digital you are tracking another ticket.
JPM - some countries still request a hard copy commercial invoice. DHL supports this currently. There is no physical place to upload/attach an invoice currently.
This was one of the initial feedback - closed it as Abhay provided the clarification that PB is using - the commercial invoice number as Invoice number, as proforma is used for personal shipping.
