Multi Package shipment needed to single recipient

there tool is not working to add box when you select multi-piece shipment. Please see attached screenshot.

Hi Kevin, we have 2 different capabilities supported in the new platform.

1. Multiple recipients -

   1. What remains the same - sender, package type (includes dimensions), service, and carrier

   2. What changes - a list of recipients changes.

   3. Limit - up to 50 labels in one batch

   4. You can avail of this by manually entering a recipient or using a recipient list (you can save a group of recipients and make a list out of them for future usage)

2. Batch printing/Ship Orders - We provided a demo after you submitted this ticket on 1st Sep.

   1. Same - Sender remains same, you can upload different sender address though

   2. Services and carrier - can change

   3. Recei[ient - can change

   4. Package dimensions - can change

   5. Batch - Can print 500 labels per batch.

Now as per your questions - my answers in green.

• Need to have ability to create multi-package shipments where each box may be identical weight/dim, or when each box is different weight/dimension. Capacity should be 50 - Yes capacity of 50 labels per batch is supported.

• Have ability to Clone the current package options for multiple package shipments to the same recipient - You can clone within the platform, showed in the demo.

• Should also be available for international shipping (US to non-US). Clone should also clone any customs information - Currently we do not clone custom information for the reason when packages are different, we cna check.

Knowing the above - if the flow suffices JP's requirement then please respond JP sign off, else comment with specific requirement - esp. after demo session of 1st Sep.
