Noted, can you provide us a template or your current template works from SPE?
Hi Kevin, Currently platform does not support it, You can handover the COO (certificate of origin) to the carrier directly during pickup. Also, for DHL Express you will have the ability to upload it within the product but you will have to generate it outside of the product.
