the provided link is related to shipments which are sent from US to US territory in another country. However, the issue which we had experienced was related to US to US shipments, within country borders. We have tested today and the issue is not present. Please close the ticket.

We can send you the USPS notice - but please add in comments what addresses you are trying and getting the customs information - Provide us screenshots of the product.
