The commercial invoice is not carrying information required so enabled to generate commercial invoice with relevant details like VAT, EORI etc. is part of the tool currently.

Nivisha confirmed that her team is working on adding the feature in the tool and PB will come back with the workflow.

Nivisha to share mandatory and optional fields with JPMC.

JPM need to discuss with PB - Call to be set up - as we are testing in UAT and commenting on issues we find.

Any validation fails - the button should remain disabled. No need to create another ticket.

JPM comment correct: If the end-users hit the "Print Shipping Label" button, page validation highlights the specific input fields with the error message.

Client feedback - "Print Shipping Label" button should remain in to disable state if page validation fails.

Hi Jane, JP Team is changing scope, this ticket was no where related to commercial invoice, it was a simple Ux experience ticket when created. For DHL Express those fields are not mandatory and while I understand JP wants certain fields to be mandatory for their usage, this was not discussed earlier in any demo calls and now scope of this ticket gets changed. Please create new ones, its difficult when JP Team keeps on changing scope.

JPM Confirm that the validation is working fine. However our issue is the information captured in commercial invoice is not complete.

We want commercial invoice to capture all the information as per attached sample from DHL. Commercial invoice needs to have mandatory fields which should be part of the validation. If the said fields of commercial invoice are not populated then label generation should not happen.

May be accordingly PB wants to correct the title of the feedback.

Hi Jane, I don't think there is anything to test on this one. This was more a Ux discussion, which we verified works correctly today as is and was explained in demo. This is available in UAT for testing and sign-off.

Our Ux team reviewed the feedback and we noticed that in the past when this button was disabled and we used to have recurring errors due to incomplete form fields and rage clicks on disabled 'Print Shipping Label', it was a unanimous decision by the design team to keep the call to action in the enabled state as an approach to error prevention and faster task completion.
