Please contact DHL Express to obtain information how to apply the API documentation, as there is no need to select additional service - Paperless service to upload the existing commercial invoice. Please see screenshot of DHL portal.
As per rules from DHL Express - a user can only upload documents when a user selects Paperless Trade as a special service - if you select that - you will be able to see an option to upload a commercial invoice. This is as per DHL Express Rule, in case you would like to confirm it, please reach out to your DHL Express representative and let us know if we understood it wrongly. We have provided a demo of the same in our Thursday and Friday calls.
Also regarding an auto-generated invoice, let us know if this is a change request, as per earlier communication and demo provided JPMC team was ok with anything to be passed in that field, as long as it is populated automatically. If this is a change request from before, we will take it into consideration.
Adding, the autogenerated commercial invoice number looks odd, please change to numbers only.
