we have tested the option to Include Return service, the UAT environment is super unstable. 1 out of 5 tries the service can be added. There is problem with UPS labels, when we are able to add it, one time system generates 2 labels with RS tag on them, another time only label with RS.
UPS require user to specify the return content twice. Also, price for adding the return service is not calculated correctly, please see attached screenshots.
FedEx labels has both labels with details for the Return order, but not for delivery.

Agreed on 12/1 - we will hide the return label option in the list for now. Still need to work with UPS for wording approval.
Additional service - Return label should clearly indicate that by selecting this additional service, the system will generate ONLY return label. This is Must have for US Launch.
We agree to move forward with that workflow, the additional service supposed to be renamed after PB consult with UPS and FedEx how can be changed the label, so could indicate that only return label will be generated.
Explained how return labels work - there are two options today within product
Option to create return label only - that is what the special service option does, instead of creating forward shipment, it creates a create return label only
If you want to create return label along with forward shipment - use the option on right side summary section - that will create this right configuration.
PB demoed this to JPMC and they agreed to move forward with this version. One feedback received from JPMC if there is a way to suppress the special service or re-word it. We will take that as future enhancement and for that a new ticket can be created with right description.

Can you share generated both labels? We have tested multiple times from different users and the issue is still there.
We are testing on our end, UPS is working fine, Ron will share the artifacts on what PB has tested, we are testing for other carriers.
