    Georgi,

Now that everyone is going into production via SSO, and timeouts have been established user should receive notice before being timed out. We know that this process will fail if the user's computer or VDI is in a sleep state at the time of the timeout, and this is expected. Are we seeing any other situations where the timeout is not being addressed at this point?

I've been timed out, while working in the Ship order menu, clicked on Attention require address, the system display next window and loaded for about 30sec then kicked me out. 11:04am (GMT) user: jpmcuat@yopmail.com

Georgi, in order to troubleshoot this, we really need to get the following info the next time this happens. Please notify your users:

Next step if it happens again is to log the details -- user ID, date, time and time zone, etc.

@Guest Can we close this one now, after about 6 weeks of "monitoring"?

Per the PB-JPMC meeting on 18 Jan, this timeout issue is happening less frequently. Next step if it happens again is to log the details -- user ID, date, time and time zone, etc. PB and JPMC agreed to consider this to be in a "monitoring" status for now.
