Searching by SID is not working for JPMC in the Recipient section of the create shipping label page

In the Name/SID field, JPMC should be able to enter some or all of a name or an SID (some JPMC SID examples are U637260, W495468, U062871) and get results. Name is working, but SID is not returning any results.

    This was updated in PPD and Production and is ready for testing. Please confirm the issue is addressed.
