JPMC does not want all users to be able to see recipient lists. They might contain private or confidential information. They want recipient lists to be limited to the user, like private address books.

Georgi, this should now be ready for test in UAT (using the JPMCUAT user) and we are setting it up in Production for Admins right now.
@Guest This functionality was developed and is working, but the checkbox in the UI is working the opposite way from what we intended... when the checkbox is checked we want recipient lists to be shared (so JPMC will uncheck the box). But right now when the checkbox is checked, recipient lists are private. So, to avoid confusion, we will be removing this functionality in UAT just until we correct the UI and then we will turn it back on so you can test.
