JPMC looking for UPS & FedEx Terms of Sale defaulted to DDP like DHL

Previously UPS and FedEx did not have the terms of sale field on the Additional Customs Information screen. Now that both carriers have this field JPMC wants the default Terms of sale to be set to DDP as it is for DHL.
