SSO Users still not able to import Ship Orders file that works for non-sso users

A file that imports cleanly for Non-SSO users, imports with errors for SSO users causing the carrier, service, and other package details to have to be re-set via the UI despite being in the import data. That same file if imported by NON-SSO user imports successfully with no issue with carrier, service, or any other package detail
