DHL international transaction generates an error:
7008: The requested Special Service Code

Require validation test in Production.
Please test on PPD ensuring a DHL compatible AES code is being used.
This error was being caused by an AES Exception Code that was not compatible with DHL.
This issue has come back up in Ship Orders V3. See PDF and Test Import file regarding DHL Test Order 22.

This appears to be around the service ID "EXP_D"
We need to look at this and see what the problem is trying to ship a 2x2x2 10 oz LTR of documents via DHL Express Worldwide Doc.
Attached is a screen shot and a copy of the import file that when imported and labels printed generates this error for one shipment that cannot be processed.
