Schedule Pickup shows the account contact name and address

This is happening for all carriers. This should be the user's name and location.

    Addressed this by adding an informational message to the UI to get users to double check the pickup address. Completed in production on 6/26 and signed off by JPMC per UAT meeting on 6/27/2024

    It has been suggested that besides the user's contact name and address showing instead of the carrier contact the packages available to be selected for pickup should also be filtered.
    For User level users only, their shipments should be available to be selected for pickup.
    For Location level users all shipments at the location for the given account should be available to be selected for pickup.

    Higher level users should follow the same convention as location level users.

    This should be the shippers name and address not the account contact name and address
