When looking up a contact from the recipient search fields verification is not triggered.

Based on changes to the platform where global address book entries have address verification disabled at JPMC request, is there anything that needs to be done with this?
As discussed on 5/16 call, the verification of "bad" addresses is only happening for special USPS zip codes assigned to JPMC locations and is out of PB's control.
But we still have the enhancement request where the address verification should be triggered automatically when the address is searched for and selected within the recipient field (instead of through the address book) so we are not going to close this item.
This item is no longer a launch blocker.
When using presets with recipient address verification also fails to trigger.
