In testing I found that international shipments documents only or non-documents generates errors when you try and e-mail the label. Attached are screen shots for FedEx and DHL.
This can be worked around by the shipper saving the PDF(s) and then sending the label themselves, so this is not a blocker.

The issue exist when you are using Contain documents only. Error message indicating missing commercial invoice number, no way to add/generate commercial invoice number.

the issue is still present, attaching screenshots of the shipment details and the error message.
No error is being generated for DHL anymore, but the labels linked in the e-mail are odd as one is on 8.5x11 and the other is 4x8.
This issue is still occurring for DHL, UPS is working.
