Please review my comment to this issue I could not replicate and confirm if this is still happening. If so we need your steps detailed out, please include screen shots to help us identify where you did things differently than I did.
Could not replicate issue, tried multiple times and shared the following with JPMC team:
I started with a Shipment to Georgi and only added the 1st line item. I wet to print the label and the print options screen did not have COO as expected.
I canceled the print and was able to then increase the weight of the shipment and add the 2nd line item. I went to print the label and COO was presented as an option.
All the documents printed as expected (see attached), Tracking number 4099918572, Users with the Support Role can review the shipment in history.
Request JPMC provide steps and screen shots to illustrate how they are able to recrate the issue.
