Company field trim logic triggers another lookup and then loops

The overall effect is the company field flashes or flickers as the company is trimmed and then looked up again. This also breaks the processing workflow as the change to the recipient triggers other logic. This was Originally internally identified and addressed in EEC-636. JPMC has seen this issue and wants a way to track it.
