"Flip" sender and recipient from UI when generating Return Service Only labels

When generating a Return Service only label, JPMC insists that the sender and reipient in the Shipping Label UI must be flipped, like we have been doing with FedEx but unlike what we were doing with UPS before we suppressed it temporarily. JPMC was shown a demo of return service only working consistently across the two carriers but not flipping the sender and recipient and that was not acceptable to them.
