Visibility in reporting of the user who created the shipment

It seems that our shipping reporting only shows the sender address and the recipient address; it does not show the name/email/SID/etc. of the user who created the shipment. So if someone creates a shipment on behalf of someone else, which will be common, there will be no way to see later in our reports who created it. JPMC wants the user who created the shipment to be in our reporting somewhere. Note: if this had to be in Analytics and not in Shipping Reports, JPMC might be okay with that... but other clients might not.
