Data for newly migrated postage meters cannot be accessed by chase Analysts

Each of the pre-existing postage meters that have been merged from SPE to the JPMorgan Chase & Company PSE subscription had to be tied to a unique BPN/location. Chase now has no way to give their analysts that had access to the postage meter data in SPE access to the same postage meter data since the Chase user account only has access to generate reporting for the location data the user is assigned to. Further complicating this situation, several locations had to be created just for unique postage meter BPNs. Chase does not have anyone associated with these locations because they are duplicates to existing locations.

A new Role (Analyst) has been created as copy of the User with extended analytics enabled. The HR import and JIT processes should be updated to configure users assigned the Analyst role to the US division to insure access to all of the meter, shipment, and locker data for reporting.
