Package Detail Report needed for Locker Analytics

A package Detail Report is needed for lockers that allows the client to see all of the status along with the dates in one single row. This would be similar to the Package Detail Report found in Analytics/Reports/Receiving but under Analytics/Lockers. An example has been attached as a reference.
