For external JPMC packages, we can have classification on type of package (Internal JPMC / External JPMC) which will allow us to follow the observation mentioned on point no 2.

What is internal and external? And why is this required?
Is this the same as import and export mentioned in ticket 99? CIS-I-99
To confirm R&R sent 04/25 - this issue relates to internal/external package type - when creating a shipment there should be a tab/ button before the form is created which allows JPMC to identify if it is an internal or external shipment, therefore identifying shipment type.
