I ran several and had them send to my actual e-mail address and I am not having any issues, other than having to tell Outlook to download the images.
Are you seeing a banner regarding the downloading of images?

last 2 days I'm receiving notification without JPMC branding template. Please check if the template is accurate and sign off.

Can you review and approve please. Attached is a sample message generated by PPD for a Shipment I made to you with JP Morgan Chase as the Senders company.
The template needs to be changed -- needs to be reviewed with Georgi. (Note: this is not about the email sender domain... the email will still come from @pb.com.)
PB Team reporting this is completed
This is under development and will be available by 1st Nov in UAT along with feedback link. How we will place feedback link, Abhay is already reviewing with Georgi. This will be without branding and customization.
It may already exist but JPM can only test in production version -
