Cost center should be fixed as user default cost center for normal user. Admin and Mailroom can add edit cost center so that they can raise on user befalf

Per Georgi: it is okay for regular users to change cost center, but they need to get the default cost center selected by default. This part is working.
Hi Nivisha,
there are no cost centre displayed on UAT portal, please update the ticket.
NAMR users who have been onboarded should be receiving cost accounts in their HR feed and that cost account will be setting up as default, please test and let PB know.
