We will be marking GoGreen as the default selection which no JPMC user will be able to deselect from the UI. Basically, GoGreen will be defaulted with no ability to uncheck ot deselect for JPMC. Delivery by 1st Nov.
we have confirmation that DHL will use and bill us for GoGreen for every shipments, please make sure the service is selected for all shipments and displayed on the label. There will be no double charges if user select GoGreen on the portal, the issues will occurs if the service is not displayed on the label.
We are reviewing this, GoGreen is integrated as surcharge right now, checking with our DHL contact whether it has to be configured as special service and also why this is not coming on the label. We will revert back shortly.
