Hi,
multi-piece shipments are still not available. Please see attached screenshot.
Multi-piece is now available, rest of the queries on this ticket was already resolved by multiple demos, its available for testing and we are assigning this ticket to JPMC team to test multi-piece and provide sign-off.
JPM - PB to provide training
please find attached the Guide “Managing customes“ for Mydhl+ of creating an international shipment (non doc/Goods). There are some screenshots of the Mydhl Application shown + a useful discription. In Addition a PDF about „Global Customs Customer Guidelines“ what needs to be considered if you want to send „Goods/non docs“ ,in my case outside of Europe (e.g. explain all about Economic Operators Registration and Identification number= EORI) etc.

We were able to close all the feedback in this ticket by providing a demo. We discussed
How cost centers will be managed and a session will happen on this.
There is an option to submit the digital invoice to DHL where ever applicable so customs can get invoices submitted to DHL.
We are only doing commercial, this was clarified. There is no personal option.

PB is promoting this ticket for the following items -

For non-doc DDP within the 'Terms of Sale' will always be marked as default, inf act for all shipments DDP will be marked as default.
We are investigating Go Green, right now it's appearing as a surcharge but maybe it should be a special service.
We will review if 'Hold for collection' is available or not, not committing to it.
We also discussed on providing an option on automatically generate the invoice number - for now, we will evaluate and put this under 'Good to Have' bucket. A separate ticket is there for the same, we will plan it on the roadmap.
