Here is further clarification - We already discussed this in a meeting and PB mentioned documentation as part of UAT closure will be sent over to the JP team on managing users, addresses, and cost centers in the PB interface. I am providing quick steps which would be in overall documentation as well -

Managing Users on the PB platform - While all user data will be imported/synced with the JP HR feed, any delta will also be synced in. If 'x' user (depending on the role and permissions the JP team will finalize) wants to still manage the users on the PB interface (ideally they should use their HR feed and ensure the HR feed is properly updated so PB can get the right data - we even have a banner on top calling out that you are using your company's SSO for this solution) - but in case they want to, they can go to the Settings icon on the top right and click on the gear icon. In 'Settings' section select 'Manage Users'. Below screen will appear.

You can create a non-SSO user - which means a non-SSO user will be created, who will not be present in the JPMC system, as the HR feed is one-directional sync only. You can create a user, assign them roles and permissions, and accordingly that user will be onboarded.

You can also update the settings on an SSO user through the same screen.

Similarly for the address book - While we sync with your active directory/HR feed to bring all the addresses into the address book into the recipient section. You can go in and save new addresses. By going to the same Gear icon in Settings. Clicking on Manage Contacts. You will be able to add new addresses in the address book and manage them.

NOTE - Any changes made to an entry that has come in from HR Feed - whether it is user, addresses, cost center, legal entity, DHL account numbers, etc. if updated/edited - will not get reflected in the JPMC system as feed is one-directional. If in future delta HR feed during syncing the same record has to be updated - HR feed will take preference and override the changes made by 'x' user on the PB interface for the same record.

We were able to provide the demo on 13th March on how to manage defaults, we also discussed on the call who should be Admin from the JPMC side. JP team will need to decide internally and those users can be provided Admin access. At the same time, we also demo-ed how both users and admins can manage certain types of defaults.

Addresses - Can be added and can be searched using SID

Users - Can be added, and also be synced using HR Feed, HR Feed will always take preference

Account Numbers - Assuming this refers to DHL Account Numbers - we will be using one-time sync via the HR Feed to allocate the DHL Account numbers, we had a discussion on legal entity, cost center, and DHL Account management and as an action item, we finalized to have another dedicated call on this.

    Closing this item.
