Attached JPM countries that currently use domestic services
Sent the file, please fill and send back then only we can decide what to support in which country. This is above and beyond the scope we discussed on day 1.
JPM - in UAT tool - it does not support domestic addresses. Domestic services must be enabled day 1.
PB: Domestic services were not enabled in international countries. DHL express does not support domestic in all countries, only in handful. As part of demo feedback PB took this as action item to work and enable these services. I don’t think we completed that work on our side hence the error. We will let you know once completed.
