No option to Order Supplies
During meeting earlier this week Georgi requested supplies access be removed this now needs clarification if certain Roles should have access to supplies, and what roles will manage supplies options.
Per Georgi need to update links
Can now be tested for NARM users as they are coming through SSO.

JPM - needs to be limited to admin only - for DBS locations.
