The Standard packing type for Documents is DHL Card Envelope, Length 35 cm x Width 27.5 cm X 2cm Height. No Services and Rates are presented within PB SendPro for Documents or Non documents
Hello Nivisha, this Packing Type is one of two Standard Type Card Envelopes prepopulated in MYDH+ (see attached pic). This type is roughly used in 95% of all Document based shipments in our Location and EMEA. Therefore i would really appreciate to investigate why it is not working within send pro for us?

Refer attach screenshot. there is a minimum specification in sendpro which is not matching with attached PDF of DHL.
As discussed yesterday on call package type specification needs to match and min. needs to be corrected in sendpro.
Packaging type do not have option to select domestic or non domestic

Hi Peter, the team tested this - as per current validation user can not add dimensions below min allowed size.
Can you please check again and let us know if this is fixed, also which country you were testing this from.
