We have discovered that Kevin's user (so far) get Sender details updated even if the Preference setting -> Use the sender address from my most recent label for each new label is inactive.

JPMC's needs to see their actual, negotiated carrier rates in the rate shop, not retail. Note: this is separate from CIS-I-242, which is about the sort order of the multi-recipient rate shop results. Getting the rates right is higher priority.

JPMC does not want their users to see FedEx Freight rates. This only affects shipments that are heavy enough for Freight rates. This item is related to CIS-I-209.

Full address book is displayed, when the service is limited to US address only. We are not able to select international address, but all visible. JPMC understanding is that those address which are not available for selection should not be displayed.

When you editing address selected from the recipient list or from address book, the system not populating the city based on the entered zip code.

JPMC require Settings -> Return label -> " Always display return label options for these carriers" to be active as default/birth setting.
