We have discovered that Kevin's user (so far) get Sender details updated even if the Preference setting -> Use the sender address from my most recent label for each new label is inactive.

JPMC's needs to see their actual, negotiated carrier rates in the rate shop, not retail. Note: this is separate from CIS-I-242, which is about the sort order of the multi-recipient rate shop results. Getting the rates right is higher priority.
