Moving this to future consideration - Once we complete 49 (37 to be precise as 12 are under data residency issues) - we can discuss the additional countries.
Noted, anything above and beyond 49 countries delivery is a change request, please reach out to Theo and he will provide a change request to the PB team and this will be quoted accordingly. We can discuss this later once 49 are completed but any delivery above that has to be quoted separately or the current contract to be amended.
Pulling DHL reports there are other countries using service on top of the 49 countries PB have listed in their phased approach, these other countries will need to be discussed and added once the 49 have been implemented. We can discuss in our next call if you still don't understand it
The current project lists 49 countries for transition. The attachments shared indicate a number of other countries where DHL services are used and these will need to transitioned once the current project is deployed. For discussion.
