    Development to suppress the blue box for domestic shipments is in process, will be done for 12/17 release

    The blue box text should only show shipments to countries outside of the sender's country... not for domestic (regardless of country).

    Feedback received from the JP team over email on 08/24 to change the verbiage - If clarification is needed when creating International non-document shipments, please contact your local mailroom for support.
