As discussed during last demo with Nivisha, we need ability to select Shipment type while creating shipment labels.
There are time we use packaging as a box for document type shipments because number of documents are more.
As discussed during last demo the moment we select package type as box then shipment gets converted to non-doc shipment and rates changes.
Shipment type and Packaging are 2 different things needs to be handled separately.
So we need drop down to select shipment type as doc or non doc on which rate and custom invoice option comes.

Changed Launch Blocker status to No based on recent discussions of the Doc/Non-doc behavior between JPMC and PB, set completion date to April 4 now that we have a design.
Adjusted completion date from 2/20 to 2/21 due to US holiday.

Feedback received from the JP team over email on 08/24 to change the verbiage - If clarification is needed when creating International non-document shipments, please contact your local mailroom for support
The verbiage has been added - When user selects non documents, we need a text message to be displayed.

this should WIP than need clarification. Please update us implementation date to test
Can you advise what clarification is required because a meeting 2 weeks back Nivisha had agreed that PB understand the requirement.
