Applies to NAMR only - Return labels are permitted when the destination is outside of the United States. Return label options should only be available for domestic US to US shipments.

Georgi,
We believe this change was delivered a long time ago. Are you satisfied with the current behavior?
Thank you!

Currently, the system are not offering Return service as an additional service for international shipments. Please confirm if the idea is delivered or another reason. Please sign off.
From meeting with Georgi: Returns when the recipient is international WILL be needed by JPMC. Not a launch blocker, but will be needed in the near future.
Marked as a No for launch, Georgi will clarify direction for JPMC.
Hi Nivisha,
There are two scenarios when Return labels should be generated, in both scenarios the addresses should be within US borders.
International shipments should not be able to generate return label.
Conflicting statements - 3 questions:
Should it be permitted from US to US or US to international?
Also, who should be allowed to print return labels - everyone or a specific role?
What should happen for international?
