Hi Georgi, Team has identified why your DHL US rates not coming up. You have entered only 1 character in State field for Receiver and hence receiving this error for dhlexp as it requires minimum 2 chars.
Attached video and screenshots shows how this is happening. You can not see the state error upfront because all carriers are selected, if you select DHL only it will show you the error (as shown in the video).
This should be available in your UAT environment, US to any non-US country, DHL Express rates should be available for testing, if you face any issues, please report them.

DHL still not return rates for that address and no update since September 25th
The issue is still exist with Singapore address

The error were present even if we tried with 2 letter on the State field at the time of testing. Looks like now its fixed.
Please 2 characters as mandatory for that field to avoid same errors.

the issue is still exist, there are no returned rates for DHL Express. Please see attached screenshots.
