Hi Georgi, We analyzed this requirement and have few questions: 1. In current product SPE how are you utilizing this field? - I understand from your previous comment this is required for South America shipments but this is currently not tied to any carrier or accounting. Then what is the purpose of this field?
2. Can anyone on JPMC side explain us the workflow and why this is required?
We reviewed this item and it requires us to make few changes on our end, PB will not be able to deliver this on 1st Nov 2023 and our date currently coming down to 26th Dec for this item. We have to investigate this further as we are not sure whether every carrier accepts this field and how it prints on label and other documents.

The tick box is missing from the platform. That field is needed for shipments to South America.
