JPMC is not willing to change their HR feed to make it look like the user is a US worker. We need a different solution. Maybe a new role, called Global Support or something like that, which can access a US-only application regardless of where the user is?
Hi,
adding this into the tool so we can discuss it. We have employee supporting the business functions from around the world and will need access to other region instead of their own in the HR Feed.
How we can achieve that? Creating specific user group with having access to multi-regions or the ability to change the region themselves?

Georgi explained that changing the HR feed to associate these users with US locations does not seem acceptable to JPMC. We need a different solution. Maybe a new role, called Global Support or something like that, which can access a US-only application regardless of where the user is?
