This story is now for the completion of the recipient search behavior -- making it ignore the country selection and search the entire address book for Name/SID as well as Company.
We need a final answer as to how the country field will affect searches by name and SID in the recipient section of the shipping screen.

Agreed.... changed it to "In Development", updated the description and set date to May 2.

Final answer has been provided to JPMC on a recent call: the country field will NOT have an affect on the search, in either the Name/SID or Country field.
