Case sensitivity is causing Ship orders imports to fail

Case sensitivity on fields such as "Reason For Export", "Item Weight Unit", "Item Currency Code" are causing excessive amounts of failures to import successfully. We need to make fields with limited acceptable values tolerant of case issues in the import, so it corrects the values in order to allow processing without forcing the user to correct the import file or edit all of the records in the import via the UI.

Intended changes have been made, remaining field case sensitivity is on fields that must contain carrier specified values. Acceptable field values are provided for download on Ship Orders upload screen. These values include: Service, Package Type, Sub Carrier ID, Reason for Export, Terms of Sale, AES Exemption code.

Case sensitivity been fixed for most of the fields, however there are still fields which are case sensitive and causing failing the import. Example: Reason for export (DHL Express).
