This behavior forces the user to keep importing, finding the first issue, correcting the file, deleting the previous import, and reimporting the file until the address all of the issues. The UI for editing the imported records is only of limited value in this situation as values are not the same for all of the shipment in the batch.

Georgi this was fixed in PPD not Prod, you declined the Ship Order V3 update until your other items have been addressed.
still issue with displaying the error. see attached screenshot.
This is working properly in Ship Orders V3 and should be moved to Chase PPD subscription
