Charlotte selected cost center search list (advanced search) is completely blank

Georgi reported this issue but, in my testing, I found lots of results in the admin when I search for "Charlotte". I see many options from the shipping screen search as well.

We need more information regarding the issue that is being reported.

    @Guest can you confirm that this was also fixed when the HR Feed was corrected?

    The issue is that the Cost centre list is not fully available for all users within US. To my understanding, currently the list is limited to location.
