To clarify the issue reported this was happening to user Winder:
When they entered the insurance value it was not saving the value. Kevin, Georgi, and I all are unable to replicate this issue. It is unclear if the user was setting one insurance value and then going back to change it and not giving the system enough time to refresh and save the change. At this point without being able to replicate the issue there is nothing to do with this issue.
Georgi, please advise if you are able to replicate this issue again.

I ran a UPS transaction and I Need more information regarding this. Is this a matter of the user not letting the system re-rate the shipment after selecting the Declared Value Service, or is this something else?
