Rate Shop Results are not in order by price. They should go from lowest price to highest., and are very deceptive in appearance. Rates for FedEx specific packaging is the most as the Standard rates are extremely discounted from what shows, and the one rate rates shows a rate slightly lower than what shows for the standard rate with no discount.
Update 5/15: making this one exclusively about Mutli-Recipient Rate Shop Sort order, which should be low to high. Making a separate Aha Idea for the fact that these rates should be the client's negotiated rate, not retail rates.

Sign off please, there is another aha item to fix the last part of the enhancement.
For now we have removed pricing from the multi-recipient rate shop entirely. But we have agreed to tell JPMC when they can have the order of the services in their desired order, whcih they have sent to us. Plan is to create a new Aha ticket for that and close this one once we have given JPMC an ETA.
Long story short it is TOO easy to pick the wrong service and the rates show in the rate shop often do not reflect discounts so you can end up spending a lot more for the same level of service.
