Kevin Reports: I did a second shipment where I clicked outside the value field and the RS recalculated and it shows the added insurance in history when shipment completes. Note, the purchase price of the insurance doesn’t seem to be factoring into the total shipping cost. Shipment was 20.86 before I selected insurance. Total also seems to be slightly off compared to the shipment cost.

After reviewing the issue, it appears that the wrong base shipping charge may be showing on the shipment summary and the shipment history. Attached are 3 points showing the rate breakdown. First is the rate shop where the charges add up. Second is the shipment summary just before printing the label, and third is the shipment history. In this case the Rate Shop rates show a base rate of $7.65, a Declared Value charge of 55.00 and a total of 62.65 which adds up. The other two show a base rate of 17.91 a Declared Value Charge 55.00, a Fuel charge of 0.30 and a total of 62.65 which does not add up. The issue appears to be everything but the declared value charge.
