When user is inactive, there is popup message coming indicating that the user will be signed out.
Popup notification is not consistent and not coming all the time.
When the time expire, the system redirect you to the PB login screen and require email address.

Closing this item per meeting on 5/30. The timeout now redirects to the correct place, which was the launch blocker. Will need to continue to monitor the popup behavior... doesn't appear if the window/tab stays active.
